Upon completion, the Comerica project will feature 240 luxury residential units thoughtfully designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles. The residential component includes 26 sophisticated studios, 138 spacious one-bedroom apartments, 70 elegantly appointed two-bedroom units, and 6 exclusive penthouse residences, providing unparalleled urban living experiences with exceptional amenities and panoramic city views. Complementing the residential component, the hotel portion of the project introduces 242 finely curated guest rooms designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel accommodations will offer 126 luxurious king rooms, 78 comfortable queen rooms, and 38 sophisticated suites, all infused with contemporary design and upscale finishes. To date, CompAdvise has collaborated closely with Engineering Plus to complete the preliminary technology design, which includes comprehensive planning for all designated technology spaces within the project.
